When I was around 6 or 7 years old I enjoyed drawing out floor plans, I forget where I got the inspiration from. Everyone thought I would become an architect. Unfortunately, ADHD and not being the best at calculus made that a hard path. But I still have that ability and passion to see the world through a creative lens, especially with real estate. Over the years I’ve seen that a lot of investors have the wealth to flip, but they might not have the creative vision that can really set their properties apart from other remodeled homes. I don’t look at homes through just cosmetics, but also space utilization, colors, and most importantly budget prioritization. Of course, plumbing, electrical, foundation and roofing are the biggest concerns. But none of my success could be done without a strong team to help identify, fix, and sell these houses for a good price.
